What I liked about Tom was that he took the time to explain to us what was going on with the car and he always sought the simplest and most cost-effective solution. He seems to know every single car inside and out. We owned a 1966 Mustang, a 2000 VW Beetle, a 2002 Hyundai SUV and a 2002 Acura SUV. Tom has worked on every single car and seems to know each make and model very well. Unfortunately, we have just relocated our business 75 miles away from Tom's APV Auto Repair, so we can no longer just walk across the parking lot to seek his help and advice. However, we are still planning to take all our cars to Tom because he is the best, simply the best.

I first took my car to APV because it was walking distance from my job and I had a coupon. Also, my Father-in-law had taken his SUV there for some brake work and he recommended them to me. The customer service that I received from Tom was so good that I honestly felt like I had made a new friend. And as it turned out, I did. I have since taken my car to APV several times. Once for an alignment which Tom figured out that I didn't even need (money saved), once for a timing chain replacement, EVAP charcoal canister replacement, water pump replacement, A/C diagnosis and repair, transmission oil/gasket change, catalytic convertor replacement, ignition switch replacement, valve cover gasket replacement, and several other things which I can't think of right now. As you can see, I'm a return customer. And that, for a reason. Tom always gets it right the first time. He's honest even when it's not monetarily profitable, and his rates are fair and reasonable. I have sent several of my friends to APV and they have left satisfied as well. You would do well to take your car there too, next time it needs repairs.
